Tots els socis del consorci que formen part d&#8217;aquest projecte, Helmholtz-Zentrum Hereon, Fundaci\u00f3n Azterlan, Elsyca NV, Max Planck Institut f\u00fcr Eisenforschung, CIDETEC Surface Engineering i ELHCO van estar presents i van presentar els resultats finals del projecte, a m\u00e9s de fer una revisi\u00f3 general dels objectius inicials del projecte i la seva consecuci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-2 fusion-flex-container nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling\" style=\"--awb-border-radius-top-left:0px;--awb-border-radius-top-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-left:0px;--awb-flex-wrap:wrap;\" ><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row fusion-flex-align-items-flex-start fusion-flex-content-wrap\" style=\"max-width:1300px;margin-left: calc(-4% \/ 2 );margin-right: calc(-4% \/ 2 );\"><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-1 fusion_builder_column_1_1 1_1 fusion-flex-column fusion-flex-align-self-center\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;--awb-width-large:100%;--awb-margin-top-large:0px;--awb-spacing-right-large:1.92%;--awb-margin-bottom-large:20px;--awb-spacing-left-large:1.92%;--awb-width-medium:100%;--awb-order-medium:0;--awb-spacing-right-medium:1.92%;--awb-spacing-left-medium:1.92%;--awb-width-small:100%;--awb-order-small:0;--awb-spacing-right-small:1.92%;--awb-spacing-left-small:1.92%;\" data-scroll-devices=\"small-visibility,medium-visibility,large-visibility\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-column-has-shadow fusion-flex-justify-content-center fusion-content-layout-column\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\" style=\"--awb-content-alignment:justify;\"><p>L&#8217;objectiu principal del projecte H2-FREE s&#8217;ha basat en el desenvolupament d&#8217;una <strong>guia pr\u00e0ctica per al desgassificat d&#8217;hidrogen en acers UHSS recoberts amb Zn-Ni<\/strong>, amb la intenci\u00f3 de reduir els costos de producci\u00f3 i permetre la substituci\u00f3 dels recobriments de cadmi, regulat pel reglament REACH, pels de Zn-Ni. Aquest \u00faltim \u00e9s una alternativa menys t\u00f2xica i m\u00e9s segura des del punt de vista ambiental. La electrodeposici\u00f3 de Zn-Ni t\u00e9 una efici\u00e8ncia m\u00e9s baixa que la electrodeposici\u00f3 de cadmi, de manera que l&#8217;electricitat no utilitzada en el dip\u00f2sit del recobriment es gasta en la producci\u00f3 d&#8217;hidrogen mitjan\u00e7ant la reducci\u00f3 de mol\u00e8cules d&#8217;aigua, que \u00e9s el mitj\u00e0 de treball. Aquest hidrogen at\u00f2mic naixent t\u00e9 la capacitat d&#8217;absorbir-se a l&#8217;estructura dels acers, provocant la fragilitzaci\u00f3 del material i la seva posterior ruptura.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-2 fusion_builder_column_1_2 1_2 fusion-flex-column\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;--awb-width-large:50%;--awb-margin-top-large:0px;--awb-spacing-right-large:3.84%;--awb-margin-bottom-large:20px;--awb-spacing-left-large:3.84%;--awb-width-medium:100%;--awb-order-medium:0;--awb-spacing-right-medium:1.92%;--awb-spacing-left-medium:1.92%;--awb-width-small:100%;--awb-order-small:0;--awb-spacing-right-small:1.92%;--awb-spacing-left-small:1.92%;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-column-has-shadow fusion-flex-justify-content-flex-start fusion-content-layout-column\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\" style=\"--awb-content-alignment:justify;\"><p>El projecte s&#8217;emmarca dins del programa Clean-Sky 2 del Programa Marc Horizon Europe H2020 i va ser finan\u00e7at per la Uni\u00f3 Europea.
