No obstant aix\u00f2, el post-processat \u00e9s essencial, limitant una major penetraci\u00f3 al mercat de la FAM a causa de:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 La microestructura particular de les peces fabricades amb FAM.<br \/>\u2022 La manca d&#8217;uniformitat en la geometria.<br \/>\u2022 \u00c0rees de dif\u00edcil acc\u00e9s, com ara buits i forats.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00f2 resulta en un <strong>increment del cost de post-processat d&#8217;aproximadament del 20%<\/strong> i en la dificultat de garantir el compliment dels requisits finals en termes de protecci\u00f3 contra la corrosi\u00f3. Si no es desenvolupen tractaments de superf\u00edcie adequats, el progr\u00e9s esperat d&#8217;aquesta tecnologia podria no succeir, especialment per a alguns materials com l&#8217;alumini.<\/p>\n<p>Hi ha diferents tecnologies de fabricaci\u00f3 additiva de metalls (FAM), per\u00f2 de totes elles, la <strong>Fusi\u00f3 de Llit de Pols (FLP)<\/strong> t\u00e9 l&#8217;avantatge de permetre la fabricaci\u00f3 de peces amb alta complexitat estructural i un alt nivell de precisi\u00f3. Dels nombrosos metalls i aliatges que poden ser processats mitjan\u00e7ant la tecnologia de FLP, els <strong>aliatges d&#8217;alumini<\/strong> s\u00f3n les que presenten un major inter\u00e8s per a la ind\u00fastria automotriu i aeroespacial degut a la seva alta resist\u00e8ncia i rigidesa en relaci\u00f3 amb el seu pes, bona resist\u00e8ncia a l&#8217;\u00fas i a la corrosi\u00f3, i el seu potencial per al reciclatge.<\/p>\n<p>Per aix\u00f2, la recerca i la innovaci\u00f3 s\u00f3n necess\u00e0ries per crear mesures espec\u00edfiques de protecci\u00f3, ja sigui canviant les condicions d&#8217;impressi\u00f3 de FAM, ajustant els post-tractaments i\/o desenvolupant tractaments de superf\u00edcie personalitzats. A m\u00e9s, es necessiten pautes de disseny orientades al post-processat i m\u00e8todes d&#8217;an\u00e0lisi de superf\u00edcies. Per aconseguir aquest objectiu, es requereixen noves estrat\u00e8gies de disseny de components, protocols de producci\u00f3 i productes, juntament amb un millor control i comprensi\u00f3 de les fallades introdu\u00efdes per les condicions de fabricaci\u00f3.
