aeron\u00e0utics sotmesos a esfor\u00e7, segueix sent fonamental l\u2019\u00fas d\u2019acers d\u2019alta resist\u00e8ncia. Quan dits acers porten, a m\u00e9s, associat un fregament, el recobriment d\u2019aquestes zones amb crom dur es torna indispensable. Actualment, el crom dur es realitza electrol\u00edticament amb una dissoluci\u00f3 que cont\u00e9 crom hexavalent, que presenta una alta toxicitat i que est\u00e0 incl\u00f2s en l\u2019Annex XIV del reglament REACH. Actualment, no existeix una alternativa que pugui reempla\u00e7ar directament totes les aplicacions actuals del crom dur. La situaci\u00f3 es torna encara m\u00e9s complexa en el cas del sector aeron\u00e0utic, on l\u2019aprovaci\u00f3 de nous tractaments necessita 3-4 anys a partir de la finalitzaci\u00f3 del desenvolupament del nou tractament.<\/p>\n<p>Seguint la l\u00ednia del <a href=\"\/ca\/proyectos\/projecte-true-replace\/\">projecte TRUE-REPLACE<\/a>, l\u2019objectiu principal del projecte SUSCROM es basa en la necessitat de trobar aquella alternativa que permeti <strong>reempla\u00e7ar al crom dur per altres solucions m\u00e9s sostenibles<\/strong>. L\u2019estrat\u00e8gia del projecte SUSCROM ha sigut concebuda a partir dels resultats obtinguts en el projecte TRUE-REPLACE i combina processos coneguts de <strong>n\u00edquel qu\u00edmic<\/strong> i el desenvolupament d\u2019un proc\u00e9s de cromat que cont\u00e9 <strong>crom trivalent<\/strong>. El projecte proposa un enfocament hol\u00edstic que considera la qu\u00edmica de les formulacions i la seva monitoritzaci\u00f3, les condicions del proc\u00e9s, els equips auxiliars necessaris per a la regeneraci\u00f3 dels electr\u00f2lits i la validaci\u00f3 de les alternatives en banc d\u2019assaig, sense descuidar la connectivitat dels equips pensant en un entorn virtual.<\/p>\n<p>El consorci per a dur a terme aquest projecte est\u00e0 format per 4 PYMES nacionals i complement\u00e0ries entre s\u00ed: CHEMPLATE, SURTECH, EGILE y ELHCO, on cadascuna d\u2019elles posa a disposici\u00f3 els seus coneixements espec\u00edfics per aconseguir els millors resultats.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3 fusion-no-medium-visibility fusion-no-large-visibility\" style=\"--awb-content-alignment:justify;\"><p>Per a determinats sistemes aeron\u00e0utics sotmesos a esfor\u00e7, segueix sent fonamental l\u2019\u00fas d\u2019acers d\u2019alta resist\u00e8ncia. Per aix\u00f2, es plantegen tres objectius parcials:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1.1. Desenvolupar recobriments de crom a partir d\u2019<strong>electr\u00f2lits de Cr (III): i) sense complexant<\/strong> (validat a escala de laboratori per INEOSURF)<strong> i ii) amb complexant <\/strong>(comercial, ATOTECH), definint les condicions experimentals \u00f2ptimes per aconseguir recobriments amb els requeriments definits.<\/li>\n<li>1.2. Estudiar l\u2019efecte de l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 de diferents tractaments t\u00e8rmics sobre <strong>recobriments de Ni-P monocapa i multicapa<\/strong> (amb diferent %P), obtinguts a partir d\u2019un electr\u00f2lit validat en el projecte TRUE-REPLACE, el qual va acabar recentment, i aix\u00ed millorar la resist\u00e8ncia a la corrosi\u00f3 d\u2019aquestes capes, mantenint alhora les seves propietats mec\u00e0niques i tribol\u00f2giques en els est\u00e0ndards requerits per a una aplicaci\u00f3 aeron\u00e0utica.<\/li>\n<li>1.3. Investigar en la <strong>combinaci\u00f3 dels recobriments de Cr i Ni-P<\/strong>, estudiant diferents arquitectures (n\u00famero i espessor de multicapa, contingut en P, tractament t\u00e8rmic, etc.), buscant un increment de la resist\u00e8ncia a la corrosi\u00f3 dels recobriments i arribar als requeriments mec\u00e0nics, tribol\u00f2gics i protectors definits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-arrow-right fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">Aconseguir un nou proc\u00e9s industrial <strong>m\u00e9s ecol\u00f2gic i eficient<\/strong>, capa\u00e7 de proporcionar excel\u00b7lents qualitats funcionals a peces i components met\u00e0l\u00b7lics amb aplicacions en sectors industrials estrat\u00e8gics como l\u2019aeron\u00e0utic. A m\u00e9s, la intenci\u00f3 es avan\u00e7ar-se a la normativa REACH (annex XIV), que fixa el Cr(VI) com a subst\u00e0ncia altament contaminant amb data l\u00edmit d\u2019\u00fas en setembre de 2024, aix\u00ed como a altres directrius europees que regulen el seu \u00fas. Finalment, es pret\u00e9n eliminar les emanacions t\u00f2xiques generades per manipulaci\u00f3 de l\u2019\u00e0cid cr\u00f2mic (Cr(VI)) durant totes les fases des de la seva producci\u00f3, eliminant el risc per a la salut dels operaris en la zona de treball.<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-arrow-right fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">Con\u00e8ixer les <strong>caracter\u00edstiques i limitacions dels electr\u00f2lits de Cr(III) i Ni-P<\/strong>, definint la finestra de treball i els l\u00edmits de les concentracions dels components m\u00e9s adients, que donin lloc a recobriments amb una qualitat adequada, sense causar problemes en l\u2019estabilitat i rendiment dels electr\u00f2lits. A m\u00e9s, es busca definir els <strong>m\u00e8todes d\u2019an\u00e0lisi<\/strong> dels electr\u00f2lits i establir un protocol de control i manteniment dels mateixos, de forma que es pugui estudiar la seva evoluci\u00f3 amb el temps i la c\u00e0rrega aplicada.
