Aquest problema ha sigut afrontat pel desenvolupament de processos de baixa fragilitzaci\u00f3 (<em>LHE<\/em>) i per l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 d\u2019una etapa de desgassificaci\u00f3. El proc\u00e9s est\u00e0ndard de desgassificat d\u2019hidrogen \u00e9s aplicat de forma equitativa als components independentment de si el material \u00e9s un acer UHSS o de la morfologia i la composici\u00f3 del recobriment. No obstant, es coneix que la naturalesa i l\u2019estructura de tant el material base com del recobriment tenen una gran influ\u00e8ncia en la captura d\u2019hidrogen i en l\u2019efici\u00e8ncia del desgassificat d\u2019hidrogen. D\u2019aquesta manera, hi hauria molt marge de millora si s\u2019aconsegu\u00eds una millor comprensi\u00f3 dels fen\u00f2mens subjacents en el desgassificat d\u2019hidrogen de les capes de protecci\u00f3 depositades electroqu\u00edmicament en els acers UHSS.<\/p>\n<p>Com no existeixen t\u00e8cniques experimentals per a quantificar el contingut d\u2019hidrogen en una part espec\u00edfica d\u2019un component real en un entorn industrial, els <strong>enfocaments per modelitzaci\u00f3 i simulaci\u00f3<\/strong>, desenvolupats amb una s\u00f2lida base experimental, estan plantejats per donar amb les claus per a la millora del proc\u00e9s de desgassificat d\u2019hidrogen.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019aquesta manera, si es cre\u00e9s un model verificat que relacion\u00e9s la influ\u00e8ncia d\u2019estructures de capa indesitjades en l\u2019electrodeposici\u00f3 de capes de protecci\u00f3 en acers UHSS amb la desgassificaci\u00f3 de hidrogen, es podria <strong>predir <\/strong>la concentraci\u00f3 d\u2019hidrogen romanent en les parts d\u2019acer i la probabilitat de fragilitzaci\u00f3 per hidrogen. La guia contindr\u00e0 regles i f\u00f3rmules simples que aportin uns criteris per al disseny del desgassificat, basades en dades experimentals i en la modelitzaci\u00f3, per a predir l\u2019efusi\u00f3 d\u2019hidrogen en acers UHSS recoberts, la concentraci\u00f3 de l\u2019hidrogen restant en els components i en conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, la probabilitat de fragilitzaci\u00f3 per hidrogen.<\/p>\n<p>Per aquest prop\u00f2sit, els objectius espec\u00edfics seg\u00fcents seran abordats:<\/p>\n<\/div><ul style=\"--awb-iconcolor:var(--awb-color4);--awb-line-height:32.3px;--awb-icon-width:32.3px;--awb-icon-height:32.3px;--awb-icon-margin:13.3px;--awb-content-margin:45.6px;\" class=\"fusion-checklist fusion-checklist-2 fusion-checklist-default type-icons\"><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-arrow-right fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\"><strong>Entendre <\/strong>la manera en la que els materials base (UHSS) proposats per a la investigaci\u00f3 afecten la <strong>captura d\u2019hidrogen<\/strong> i com la seva estructura afecta a l\u2019<strong>efusi\u00f3 i el desgassificat d\u2019hidrogen<\/strong> un cop recoberts. Aquests materials seran classificats en termes de susceptibilitat de fragilitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019hidrogen, basats en un primer enfocament bibliogr\u00e0fic per a tots els materials proposats i despr\u00e9s en prediccions de models i dades experimentals pels 4 acers UHSS seleccionats. Aleshores, es desenvolupar\u00e0 una metodologia per a classificar als materials no nom\u00e9s considerant la seva susceptibilitat a retenir hidrogen, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 la seva facilitat per a desgassificar-se (possibilitat d\u2019operar a temperatures m\u00e9s baixes, menys temps requerit per a desgassificar). Actualment, els est\u00e0ndards aeron\u00e0utics per a UHSS nom\u00e9s consideren un grup amb 23 hores de desgassificat.<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-arrow-right fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">Obtenir una <strong>comprensi\u00f3 millor<\/strong> de la forma en la que els <strong>par\u00e0metres de recobriment<\/strong> (el\u00e8ctrics i hidrodin\u00e0mics) <strong>determinen les morfologies de les capes<\/strong> depositades i de com aquestes morfologies afecten tant a la captura d\u2019hidrogen como als processos d\u2019efusi\u00f3 d\u2019hidrogen i de desgassificat. S\u2019obtindr\u00e0 una <strong>base de dades molt completa<\/strong> per l\u2019acer 300M, que \u00e9s l\u2019acer UHSS m\u00e9s utilitzat en les parts de trens d\u2019aterratge. Aquest estudi ser\u00e0 completat amb m\u00e9s dades d\u2019altres 3 acers UHSS representatius.<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-arrow-right fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\"><strong>Determinaci\u00f3 dels par\u00e0metres de concentraci\u00f3 i penetraci\u00f3 d\u2019hidrogen<\/strong> en volums locals espec\u00edfics i \u00e0rees de material i recobriment com interfases, l\u00edmits de gra, segregacions, etc. Aquests par\u00e0metres <strong>seran correlacionats amb el nivell de fragilitzaci\u00f3<\/strong> determinat per assaig mec\u00e0nic i el seu an\u00e0lisi de fractura superficial.<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-arrow-right fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\"><strong>Per a desenvolupar i validar un model computacional per a simular la captura d\u2019hidrogen i l\u2019efusi\u00f3 en diferents materials base<\/strong> (4 acers UHSS) depenent de les condicions de recobriment, gruix de capa, morfologia i condicions de desgassificat. Aquesta eina matem\u00e0tica permetr\u00e0 identificar la concentraci\u00f3 d\u2019hidrogen romanent en \u00e0rees espec\u00edfiques de les parts recobertes on l\u2019eliminaci\u00f3 d\u2019hidrogen es m\u00e9s dif\u00edcil i per tant la probabilitat de fragilitzaci\u00f3 es m\u00e9s elevada. D\u2019aquesta manera, es podria dissenyar d\u2019una forma m\u00e9s exacta el proc\u00e9s de desgassificat i aix\u00ed reduir els reprocessos, les sobralles i l\u2019impacte mediambiental. El model ser\u00e0 transferit i adaptat a geometries complexes a trav\u00e9s d\u2019una eina de simulaci\u00f3 electroqu\u00edmica en 3D (Elsyca PlatingMaster).<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-arrow-right fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\"><strong>Establir una metodologia de caracteritzaci\u00f3 de les parts recobertes<\/strong> (m\u00e8tode de verificaci\u00f3 simple per avaluar la compactaci\u00f3 del recobriment \u2013fractures, porus i mida de gra- i les fases estructurals si fos necessari), <strong>aplicable en partes reals<\/strong> produ\u00efdes en s\u00e8rie. Aquesta es basaria en una inspecci\u00f3 visual y\/o colorim\u00e8trica recolzada per un agent qu\u00edmic de contrast junt amb mesures de gruix i rugositat. Aquest m\u00e8tode permetr\u00e0 el reproc\u00e9s de parts de forma localitzada utilitzant la t\u00e8cnica de revestiment amb brotxa nom\u00e9s en les \u00e0rees amb estructures\/morfologies de capa indesitjades.<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-arrow-right fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">Plantejar unes <strong>guies per a un proc\u00e9s de desgassificat \u00f2ptim<\/strong> despr\u00e9s del recobriment de Cd o Zn-Ni en vista a un risc redu\u00eft de fragilitzaci\u00f3 per hidrogen. La simulaci\u00f3 promour\u00e0 solucions basades en dissenys ecol\u00f2gics. La millora en l\u2019exactitud dels resultats de la simulaci\u00f3 tindr\u00e0 un impacte en els dissenys de la part i del proc\u00e9s en el sentit d\u2019evitar sobrerrevestir les superf\u00edcies m\u00e9s accessibles i assegurant la compactaci\u00f3 de les capes. Aix\u00f2 assegurar\u00e0 satisfer el gruix de revestit efectiu m\u00ednim de les superf\u00edcies menys accessibles de les parts amb el m\u00ednim temps de processat i \u00fas de productes qu\u00edmics. Aix\u00f2 beneficia directament al consum d\u2019energia, al temps de producci\u00f3 i a la capacitat del proc\u00e9s de recobriment. Les regles pr\u00e0ctiques pel proc\u00e9s de desgassificat que seran definides en el projecte conduiran a una reducci\u00f3 del consum d\u2019energia en comparaci\u00f3 al m\u00e8tode est\u00e0ndard actual.
