la normativa europea REACH que regula l\u2019\u00fas de determinades subst\u00e0ncies qu\u00edmiques, entre elles el crom hexavalent, la necessitat industrial de trobar una <strong>alternativa <\/strong>real i respectuosa amb el medi ambient al <strong>cromat dur hexavalent<\/strong> \u00e9s fonamental.<\/p>\n<p>El projecte aposta per 2 vies diferents per trobar una soluci\u00f3 al problema emergent. Per una banda, es planteja una estrat\u00e8gia de <strong>niquelat qu\u00edmic multicapa<\/strong> utilitzant una formulaci\u00f3 que doni com a resultat un recobriment qu\u00edmic de n\u00edquel-f\u00f2sfor de baix contingut en f\u00f2sfor; degut a la seva gran duresa i a la capacitat de poder augmentar-la amb un tractament t\u00e8rmic posterior.<\/p>\n<p>La segona via que es presenta es l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquesta mateixa <strong>estrat\u00e8gia multicapa aplicant nanopart\u00edcules de SiC o PTFE<\/strong> en la formulaci\u00f3 del bany de n\u00edquel-f\u00f2sfor, de manera que aquestes codepositin en la matriu de n\u00edquel-f\u00f2sfor per aportar unes propietats extres a les del mateix recobriment, com per exemple, duresa o un baix coeficient de fricci\u00f3 (lubrificaci\u00f3), propietats molt sol\u00b7licitades i que l\u2019actual recobriment de crom dur hexavalent compleix.<\/p>\n<p>S\u2019estudiaran les viabilitats d\u2019ambdues estrat\u00e8gies i es far\u00e0 la comparativa de les propietats dels recobriments obtinguts amb les dels productes comercials que incorporen part\u00edcules microsc\u00f2piques de PTFE (no nanopart\u00edcules), i amb les propietats aportades pels recobriments de crom dur hexavalent, tenint en compte els requisits que exigeixen els principals OEMs i Tier1 de la ind\u00fastria aeron\u00e0utica i automoci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Un cop aconseguits els resultats del projecte, l\u2019\u00faltima part del mateix consistir\u00e0 en preparar tant la <strong>certificaci\u00f3 <\/strong>com la <strong>validaci\u00f3 <\/strong>dels nous processos per a les industries aeron\u00e0utiques i de l\u2019automoci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Per tot aix\u00f2, hem creat aquest consorci de 3 empreses PYME, cadascuna especialista en el seu camp.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3 fusion-no-medium-visibility fusion-no-large-visibility\" style=\"--awb-content-alignment:justify;\"><p>Degut a l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 de la normativa europea REACH que regula l\u2019\u00fas de determinades subst\u00e0ncies qu\u00edmiques, entre elles el crom hexavalent, la necessitat industrial de trobar una <strong>alternativa <\/strong>real i respectuosa amb el medi ambient al <strong>cromat dur hexavalent<\/strong> \u00e9s fonamental.<\/p>\n<p>El projecte aposta per 2 vies diferents per trobar una soluci\u00f3 al problema emergent. Aquest pretractament inclou tamb\u00e9 l\u2019activat intercapa per a assegurar la m\u00e0xima adher\u00e8ncia del conjunt multicapa final.<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-arrow-right fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">Desenvolupament d\u2019una formulaci\u00f3 <strong>de n\u00edquel qu\u00edmic de baix contingut en f\u00f2sfor<\/strong> capa\u00e7 d\u2019aportar les propietats mec\u00e0niques requerides i que permeti la incorporaci\u00f3 de nano-additius en forma de <strong>nanopart\u00edcules de PTFE i SiC<\/strong> en la mateixa soluci\u00f3 per la seva codeposici\u00f3 en la matriu met\u00e0l\u00b7lica, maximitzant aix\u00ed les prestacions mec\u00e0niques i de resist\u00e8ncia a la corrosi\u00f3 dels recobriments multicapa de Ni-P.<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-arrow-right fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\"><strong>Aplicaci\u00f3 <\/strong>dels recobriments desenvolupats <strong>sobre peces reals<\/strong> per cadascun dels sectors seleccionats. En el cas del sector aeron\u00e0utic, la pe\u00e7a en q\u00fcesti\u00f3 seria un ganxo del rotor principal mentre que per automoci\u00f3 el nou recobriment s\u2019aplicar\u00e0 sobre tiges de cilindre o actuadors.<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-arrow-right fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\"><strong>L\u2019escalat <\/strong>de la producci\u00f3 dels productes qu\u00edmics per a la formulaci\u00f3 dels pretractaments necessaris per al proc\u00e9s desenvolupat, aix\u00ed com dels banys de niquelat qu\u00edmic i els nanoadditius que s\u2019incorporaran en ells a fi de millorar les prestacions dels recobriments.<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-arrow-right fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">Definici\u00f3 de l\u2019<strong>estrat\u00e8gia de certificaci\u00f3<\/strong> a dur a terme pel nou proc\u00e9s multicapa de Ni-P com alternativa al cromat dur hexavalent.
